North Durham Fitness & Nutrition offers strength and conditioning programs to get you ready for whatever life demands, both physically and mentally. Our exercise program pursues fitness that is equal parts strength, endurance, stamina, agility, accuracy, speed, coordination, power, balance, and flexibility. Our workouts change each day and are made up of weightlifting, gymnastics, running, plyometrics, kettlebells, sandbags and other functional movements. Our coaches’ priorities are making the workouts and our program work for you. We can adjust our well-rounded strength and conditioning program to meet your needs.
