My name is Lindsey Johnson, and I am third year medical student participating in an Orthopedic Surgery research year at Duke University. I am especially interested in regenerative and preventative medicine and the role nutrition plays in longevity and quality of life. I will be completing my medical school training from Campbell University in 2023 as a U.S. Navy Health Profession Scholarship Program recipient. I was an NCAA Division II All-American Softball player and found CrossFit to be a natural segue. I will be joining the North Durham Fitness community as a Nutrition Specialist and CrossFit coach. I look forward to meeting you all and helping you meet your health and nutrition goals!
