When did you first start coming to NDF? I first started attending NDF
in November 2019!
What is your role at NDF? I am a brand new CF Coach! I will primarily
be coaching the morning classes but you all may still see me in the
evening for a WOD!
What is your favorite thing about NDF? I love how supportive everybody
is before, during, and after the workouts. I also love that we welcome
every one of every fitness level and work with them to help them meet
their fitness goals!
Why did you want to be a part of the NDF team? I have enjoyed
attending NDF for the last year and a half and feel like I have found
a home away from home. The next part of my CF journey naturally felt
like becoming a coach and I felt like I could be successful here at

What is your favorite treat (meal/snack)? Love Breakfast! Pancakes or
Waffles with fresh Strawberries and Blueberries is where it is at!
How do you like to spend your time outside of the gym? When I’m not at
the gym I am teaching Math to young people, reading, coaching
softball, or out enjoying nature with friends!
